Staging Consultation:

 

I will perform a thorough walk through of your home and take notes and photos of your property inside and out to assess your homes assets.  Then I will give you a comprehensive plan detailing how you will need to go through your home  room by room inside and out and perform the tasks needed to stage your home to get it ready to put on the market.  After you have completed the "to do" list I will return to your house for an hour to "fine tune"  and follow up on all the staging tips suggested.  Once all the work is done I will call the agent to certify the house has been staged and place the house on the StagedHomes.com web site as well as my own starteamstagers.com. website.  Now the agent is ready to market the house as a Staged property and your exposure to the market of home buyers has set you  way above your competition!  Like you would "detail" your car to sell it for the best price, I will tell you how to" detail" your home to get top dollar in today's competitive market!

Staging Consultation Fees:

$100 < 1000 Square Feet	$200 < 3000 Square Feet
$150 < 2000 Square Feet	$250 < 4000 Square Feet

Above 3000 Square Feet Will Be Priced Individually.
 

Staging Bid and Implementation:

 

As I would do in the consultation, I will go through the house and take notes and photos and discuss with you to get your permission the plan to stage your home to get it ready to go on the market.  I will actually do the staging work.  Once the house has met all the staging criteria I will call the agent to let them know the house is a certified staged home and is ready to go on the market as one.  Your home will also be featured on the Stagedhomes.com web site as well as on Starteamstagers.com.  This staging service will be charged as a flat fee.
